La policière Marjolaine Coppola cherche à retrouver sa soeur qui s’est faite enlevée le même jour où leurs parents ont été assassinés. Le groupe responsable travaillerait pour Franz DeMann, l’homme d’affaire mégalomane qui tente de devenir maire de la grande ville qu’est Ridgeway City. C’est suite à un attentat contre sa personne que Marjolaine se retrouvera en équipe avec Tie Man, un justicier qui a été victime des mêmes hommes, et qui n’a qu’une chose en tête : La vengeance!

Policewoman Marjolaine Coppola is trying to find her sister, who was kidnapped on the same day their parents were murdered. The group responsible is believed to be working for Franz DeMann, the megalomaniac businessman trying to become mayor of Ridgeway City. Following an attempt on his life, Marjolaine finds herself teamed up with Tie Man, a vigilante who was victimized by the same men, and who has only one thing on his mind: revenge!
